When we first moved into the hotel, the big dining hall was overwhelmingly creepy to us. No one liked to be in it. We'd dash through it to get to the kitchen from the hall. Anyway, years later the Timko family shared some photos with me of the hotel. The one below, taken in this room, shows a body in a casket because they used to host funerals in the room!
