We have a new hotel resident.  His name is Lucien.  He is an Alaskan Malamute puppy.  He is adorable and has huge paws.  The Inuit Indians called Malamutes "spirit dogs" because they were so good at reading human's minds.

He was a surprise to Deanna.  She cried when she learned the news.
